Two-part, fast-curing, pure polyurea, spray-applied elastomeric coating. It provides a premium quality, high-build, long life protective coating to concrete & metal substrates on major civil, infrastructure and commercial construction projects. Formulated using the latest polyurea technology, it forms an impenetrable barrier that is resistant to water, chemicals, sewage and wear.

TPE flexible sealing tape is thin and extra-tough elastic strip with considerable longitudinal and lateral extension. Ideal for sealing and waterproofing expansion joints and over cracks subject to irregular and high movements.

Apply mixed Silcor® Epoxy adhesive to substrate both sides of the joint with a spatula to a thickness of 1mm to 2mm.Ensure the adhesive application is a minimum 25mm wider than the FLEXIBLE SEALING TAPE strip. Minimum width of adhesive on either side of the joint should be 50mm. On damp surfaces, ensure the adhesive is well worked into the concrete to allow bond to develop.Place cleaned FLEXIBLE SEALING TAPE strip into the adhesive, with central tape facing away from the joint. Roll the strip into the adhesive ensuring all trapped air is removed and adhesive seeps through perforations at edges of the strip. Where joint movement exceeds 25% of the joint width, form a “loop” in the FLEXIBLE SEALING TAPE of sufficient size to accommodate the extent of movement (contact your local GCP representative for further guidance). Where possible, the loop should protrude above the joint, not into the joint, to avoid pinch damage with joint movement.
A one-part, liquid applied, fibre reinforced, water-based polyurethane modified acrylic waterproofing membrane.
SILCOR® 140 FB is a “Class III – High Extensibility” membrane for use in internal and external applications. Formulated with low odour and low VOC, for simple application to horizontal or vertical substrates. The product forms a flexible membrane compatible with quality screeds, topping slabs and ceramic tile adhesive overlays.

Formulated with low odour and low VOC, for simple application to horizontal or vertical substrates. The product forms a flexible membrane compatible with quality screeds, and ceramic tile adhesive overlays.
- Certified Class III – compliant with AS/NZS 4858-2004 for use as internal wet area waterproofing installed to AS 3740-2021 requirements
- Certified Class II – compliant to AS 4654.1-2012 for use in external, non-exposed, fully covered areas, installed to AS 4654.2-2012 requirements. Class II bond breaker detailing required, per the requirements of AS 4654.2-2012

SILCOR® 575 LB is a “Class III – High Extensibility” membrane for use in internal and external applications. Formulated for simple application to horizontal substrates set to falls, the product cures through reaction with humidity and forms a robust, flexible membrane.

A tough, fast curing, non-slip, aliphatic polyurethane coating designed for protection of SILCOR® membrane systems in all exposed situations. SILCOR Top Coat 75 is UV resistant - it provides a durable, service foot-trafficable finish to roof and deck areas.

Mix each component separately with a clean stirrer blade, then combine together in a clean dry container and mix thoroughly with high speed dissolver for 5 minutes prior to application. Mix ratio Resin: Hardener is 5:1 by weight.
Apply in two coats by brush or roller – apply second coat in cross direction to the first to give a uniform finish. For spraying use a single wet-on-wet spray application.
Do NOT use mixed product once it has become thick and stringy, it should be discarded.
Do NOT add solvent.

Preparation:
- Ensure all surfaces are sound, dry and free from excessive movement, oil, dust, grease, wax, curing compounds, release agents, paint and any other loose contaminating materials.
- For non-porous surfaces like existing tiles, sheet vinyl etc or contaminated surfaces, use SILCOR® Primer SA or consult your local GCP Office
A fast-drying, single-pack, modified polyurethane primer for use with all SILCOR® polyurethane-based membranes.

SILCOR Primer BS is used for substrates with maximum moisture content of 5%. For moisture content less than 10%, use SILCOR Primer BW Clear/EPOCOTE F100W Clear.
Apply one coat directly from container using brush, roller or spray. Allow primer coating to become tack-free before applying waterproof membrane. Only apply primer to substrate that will be membrane coated within 24 hours.
Apply the selected SILCOR polyurethane waterproofing product in strict accordance with product instructions.
Any primed area not coated with membrane within 24 hours must be first wiped with Xylene. As soon as xylene has dried, reprime with a light coat of SILCOR Primer BS at a rate of approximately 0.15kg/m2. Any applied primer that has not been coated with membrane within 72 hours of application, must be fully removed by diamond grinding and re-primed.
