Product Description
EPODUR® RM is a solvent-free, thixotropic 2-component epoxy adhesive and repair mortar 2. It can be used on concrete, steel, ceramics, iron, aluminum, wood, glass and so on. EPODUR® RM is grey-coloured and different colours are available.

Installation
- Application temperature: +5°C to +45°C.
- All surfaces must be clean, free from standing water and all loosely adhering particles. Cement laitance should be removed by mechanical means.
- Mix both components together for at least 3 minutes with a mixing paddle attached to a slow speed electric drill (max. 500 r.p.m.) until a smooth consistency and an even grey colour of the mixture is obtained.
- When using as a thin film adhesive, apply the mixed adhesive to the surfaces with a trowel spatula or glove protected hand. When applying as a repair mortar, take into account any formwork that may be required on damp surfaces ensure that the material is well rubbed in.
Limitations of use
- Do not apply outdoors when it is raining or snowing.
- The surface must be clean and free from grease and water.
Storage and Shelf life
- 12 months when stored in unopened packages in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between 5 to 25°C, humidity between 30% and 70%.
- Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets. To prevent contamination of unused product, do not return any material to its original container.
Packaging
EPODUR® RM is supplied in a 30kg kit, the resin is in a 20kg pail and the hardener in a 10kg pail.
