Preparation

Surfaces must be sound, dry and free from dust, loose matter, oil, grease or other contaminants. Consider diamond grinding to obtain an appropriate substrate finish.

Application

Dilute first coat up to 25% and apply uniformly to surface, work into pores using a soft bristle broom, roller, brush or spray. Spread surplus liquid to new area and continue application. Do not leave any thick liquid film as it may dry opaque. After drying, a second undiluted coat should be applied to seal surfaces uniformly.

Coverage

Usage is 6-7 m2/litre, dependant on porosity of surface.

Packaging

CHEMCLEAR™ is packed in 20 litre pails and 200 litre drums.

Store unopened containers in a cool dry place. Once opened, material will become unusable within a few days.
