Introducing ADCOR® SAS 500S Hydrophilic Waterstops

The "S-A-S" in ADCOR® SAS 500S waterstops stands for "Self-Adhered Strip". This feature both reduces risk of damage and speeds installation time.

ADCOR® SAS 500S is specifically developed to provide a faster, safer waterstop application and higher performance than conventional bentonite or swellable rubber waterstops.

The unique adhesive formulation and maleable composition of the ADCOR® SAS 500S waterstop provides a continuous bond to the concrete substrate. Self-adhesive installation removes both the risk of damaging the waterstop during installation, and the localised restriction of expansion caused by fixings that can lead to leak paths.

ADCOR® SAS 500S bonds to concrete, metal or PVC substrates. It is a fast and easy way to apply hydro-expansive waterstops between steel reinforcement, in vertical, horizontal and overhead applications. Simply peel the release paper and press the strip on a clean, dry surface to instal it.
